health

Contrary to the opinion of mainstream society, people who suffer from disabilities are still able to enjoy pleasurable sexual experiences. For the most part these people can participate in sexual activity and take pleasure in the intimacy of having a partner. Participating in a healthy sexual relationship is a critical part of therapy do the disabled and helps them rebuild self confidence.

Even though there are those who believe that disabled people should not want to be sexually active, this is not factual because people with disabilities still long to be touched and loved just like a person who is totally healthy. It is vitally important to help educate the disabled with the information that can help them overcome their particular disability and enjoy a healthy sex life.

One of the big issues for the disabled is the concern of pregnancy. The decision to have children is a difficult one and requires much planning and forethought. Questions that need to be examined include, whether the disabilities are genetic and likely to be passed on to children, how pregnancy can affect the woman’s health, how will the children be cared for and how will it affect the lives of the parents, and more. The best thing to do is have a consultation with a medical professional to discuss all of the ramifications involved before making a decision.

A woman with disabilities has many things to consider before making a choice to get pregnant and go through labor, delivery, and the life changing responsibility of raising children. She should be sure to take the time to go over every concern with her doctor and she also needs to be aware of all of the emotional changes that will happen during the entire process.

People who have disabilities are normal human beings and deserve the same respect that the general population gets and this includes the area of sexuality. It is wrong to look down upon them for wanting to enjoy a healthy sexual relationship like everyone else in society. If you have someone in your life that has a disability then you must know that the only way to shop that you are accepting and supportive of them is to totally believe in their right to find a partner and be married.

In addition you must also be supportive of their right to have children just like anyone else on earth. People with disabilities are entitled to the same access to sexual education materials as anyone else does and this will assist them to make the right decisions in regards to their sexual relationships.

health

Sexual health is synonymous with general state of health. Anything that affects you physiologically can also affect your sexual health. Decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, impotence, and painful intercourse are just some of the issues that affect sexual health. To safeguard your sexual health, I have taken the liberty of listing below what you should watch out for if you want to enjoy a full and satisfying sex life.

Know what medical conditions you have as they can directly affect your sexual health. Psychological factors like depression, anxiety and low self esteem can decrease libido. Physical factors like impotence, obesity and chronic medical condition can also have an effect on your sexual function. Once you have identified these issues, you can work on lifestyle modifications or lifestyle changes to remedy your problems.

If your problem is obesity or overweight, going on a healthy diet and staying firm on achieving your expected weight goal is the way to go. It has been proven that obesity does decrease libido. Once you stick to your planned diet and maintain it, you can immediately notice an effect on your sex drive the moment you decrease weight. The more pounds you lose, the more improvement in your libido is noted.

People who do not exercise tend to have decreased energy and stamina. Since stamina is needed in sexual marathons, this can be a problem for people who are sedentary. Start exercising to increase your stamina. Walking and cardiovascular exercises are the way to go to achieve a healthier sexual health. These exercises can also help you lose weight and increase your libido.

Choosing the right foods in addition to dieting and exercises can also help you decrease weight and encourage sexual health. To choose wisely, you can always start by listing what foods are healthy and what foods are not. Foods that are considered as unhealthy are junk foods, fatty foods, alcohol, etc. Healthy foods, on the other hand, are vegetables, fruits, fish, fresh foods, etc.

Identifying environmental factors that affect your libido and sexual health is also very important so that with lifestyle changes you can have the means to change what needs to be changed. Stress affects your libido. If you can control how you react to stress, then it will not affect your libido that much. Relaxation techniques and rest are also important not only for your body but also for the mind as an exhausted mind and body can result to decreased libido and temporary impotency.

To check if your sexual health is good, here are some questions to ask yourself:

* Is your lifestyle the way you wanted it to turn out to be?
* Do you find your sex life acceptable?
* Do you feel like you age much quicker than you ought to?

These are just some questions you need to ask yourself, but if your answers are negative, then it is high time for you to examine yourself and figure out what needs improvement in your life. Remember, a positive attitude to life reflects a positive outcome.

health

For many, poor sexual health and aging go together. Because of the sensitive nature of sexual health the exact statistics are a little murky, but the following one stands out:

Erectile dysfunction affects 50% of the male population over 40!

When I read that statistic I thought it might be on the high side. That was until two other pieces of information came to my attention:

First, Google lists over 17 million web pages that incorporate the word “Viagra.” That compares to 3.3 million web pages for the word “aspirin” and 936,000 web pages for the word “Tylenol.” When I did an overture search for “Viagra” there were over 310,000 searches. “Buy Viagra” had over 82,000 searches. “Erectile dysfunction” had over 97,000 searches. There are a lot of people (I suspect mainly men) who are looking for information on Viagra and what it can do for them.

Secondly, I went to my doctor for my annual checkup. For the first time he asked me if I was having any erection problems. I’m not going to reveal my answer but I asked him why he wanted to know. His answer had nothing to do with poor sexual health. The reason why he asks that question is because erectile dysfunction is a warning sign for diabetes and/or circulatory problems.

Creation or Evolution or Both!

Whether you believe the Bible and we are created by God or you believe in Darwin’s Theory of Evolution and we evolved over time, sexual health is important to both. At one time poor sexual health, especially ED, was thought to be a mental and/or spiritual issue. More and more research is slowing that poor sexual health is really a function of poor cardiovascular health.

The development of Viagra is a fascinating study. It incorporates male physiology, chemistry, and the nervous system all working together to create an erection. It also provides keys to slowing down the aging process. One key in particular will help you find a natural alternative to Viagra; one that won’t have side effects!

How Viagra Works!

Since we all know that Viagra is designed to help males achieve an erection we need to talk a little anatomy. In its simplest terms, an erection is the change in position of the male sex organ from a limp position to a firm, hard and upright position. When you want to move any part of your body you use muscles. Unfortunately this doesn’t work for the male organ. Why? Because there are no skeletal muscle contractions involved in an erection. It is all done by pressure. More specifically blood pressure.

The male organ contains two cigar-shaped structures called corpora cavernosa that run the length of the organ. Arteries bring blood into these two structures with veins carrying the blood away from them. In a non-erect state, the blood flow from the arteries is restricted while the veins are open to drain the blood away. When a man becomes aroused, the arterial blood vessels open up so that pressurized blood can enter the corpora cavernosa. The veins leaving the male organ are constricted. This action traps the pressurized blood allowing for the size increase, movement and full erection.

First Clue to ED!

If the arterial blood vessels leading to the male organ do not open properly, it is almost impossible for a male to have an erection. This is the leading cause of ED and poor sexual health in men. Prior to 1983, most doctors thought the problem of poor sexual health was primarily mental not physical. That was until the 1983 meeting of the American Urological Association in Las Vegas. At that meeting and on stage, Dr. Giles Brindley injected his male organ with the drug phentolamine. The result was an instant erection. And to prove his point, Dr. Brindley dropped his pants to display his drug-induced erection. Needless to say not everything done in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas.

Dr. Brindley’s bold presentation showed that an erection was a physiological issue more than a mental issue. To understand what happened we need to talk about muscles. Yes, I know I said muscles were not involved. Technically speaking I’m still going to hold this position. There are three groups of muscles:

” Skeletal – Skeletal muscles are those muscles that attach to the bones allowing us to move.

” Cardiac – The cardiac muscle powers the heart.

” Smooth – Smooth muscles are found in blood vessels, the intestines and the stomach. They usually act involuntarily.

Dr. Brindley injected himself with phentolamine. It is a drug that relaxes smooth muscle. Because of the location where he injected himself, the smooth muscles of the arterial blood vessels relaxed allowing the corpora cavernosa to completely fill with pressurized blood. Instant and uncontrolled erection!

Second Clue to ED!

The second clue to ED and poor sexual health centers on the body’s ability to control blood flow. Without some type of control, there would be an even amount of blood flow to most of the body. This might be OK if we were vegetables and inactive but we aren’t. We are constantly on the go so the body has designed a mechanism to help divert blood flow to the areas that need it the most. Think of your circulatory system as an elaborate design of pipes with valves. These valves can control both the flow of blood as well as divert blood to the areas that need it the most.

This is going to get a bit technical but the control mechanism incorporates the following steps:

1. The brain sends a signal to a particular never fiber. The nerve fiber ends in an NANC nerve cell located in the artery near the point where blood flow needs to be changed. This NANC nerve cell creates nitric oxide, a potentially dangerous free radical.

2. The NANC nerve cell releases nitric oxide into the blood and surrounding cells.

3. The nitric oxide acts as a signaling molecule to stimulate an enzyme called guanylate cyclase. This enzyme keeps the nitric oxide from causing damage by using it with GTP to produce a chemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).

4. cGMP tell the smooth muscles of the arterial blood vessel to relax. This allows blood flow to increase.

5. There is another enzyme called phosphodiesterase (PDE) that deactivates the cGMP by turning it back into GTP.

6. When the cGMP is deactivated, the smooth muscle returns to its original constricted state.

Confused? Think of a cycle. Guanylate cyclase turns GTP into cGMP causing smooth muscles to relax. PDE turns cGMP into GTP causing the smooth muscles to return back to their constricted state. Nitric oxide turns this cycle on from a nerve impulse generated in the brain.

So, cGMP is produced as long as the brain is sending signals that initiate the production of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is produced as long as there is an adequate supply of the essential amino acid L-arginine.

Third clue to ED!

When a man suffers from ED and poor sexual health, the most common reason is the lack of nitric oxide in the blood vessels of the corpora cavernosa. When a man is aroused his brain does its job by sending the proper signal to the nerves located in his male organ. The nerves produce nitric oxide but the amount of cGMP produced is not enough to maintain an erection. The way Viagra solves this poor sexual health problem is pretty ingenious. To increase blood flow to the male organ you have three options:

1. Increase the amount of nitric oxide produced in the arterial blood vessels.

2. Increase the amount of cGMP produced in response to the nitric oxide.

3. Eliminate the PDE that converts cGMP back to GTP so that cGMP builds up. This causes the smooth muscles of the arterial blood vessels to properly relax and fill with blood.

Viagra uses option 3 to achieve an erection. Why PDE? Because there are 11 different kinds of PDE with only one type of PDE found in the male organ. That type is called PDE5. Talk about creative design. All Pfizer had to do was find a chemical that would selectively block PDE5 and nothing else. This chemical is sildenafil citrate. Here’s how it works:

1. A male takes Viagra.

2. The sildenafil citrate is absorbed into the bloodstream and carried throughout the body.

3. The sildenafil citrate attaches to the PDE5 enzyme in the male’s organ to disable it.

4. The male is sexually aroused and the man’s brain does its job. A signal is sent to the nerve cell in the male’s organ which produces nitric oxide.

5. The nitric oxide turns on the cycle creating cGMP to relax the smooth muscles of the arterial blood vessels.

6. Since the PDE5 is disabled the cGMP doesn’t break down but builds up allowing the arterial blood vessels to fully dilate.

7. The man achieves a full erection.

Great stuff when it works perfectly but there are a few minor problems.

Side Effects of Viagra!

Almost every drug made by man has side effects and Viagra is no exception. Viagra blocks PDE5 but can also affect PDE6 which is used by the cone cells in the retina. This can affect color vision. For some it changes the way they perceive green and blue colors. For others they see the world with a bluish tinge for several hours. Because of this pilots cannot take Viagra within 12 hours of a flight.

The other two main side effects are headaches and flushing. The blocking of the PDE5 can spill over to other areas of the body causing vasodilatation and increased pressure. This raises the risk for stroke and heart attack. Because of this Viagra is a prescription drug rather than an over-the-counter drug. Additionally, you need to be careful not to combine Viagra with nitric oxide producing drugs like nitrates. Always consult a qualified physician before taking any product like Viagra for poor sexual health issues.

A Natural Alternative!

I’m not discounting the benefits of Viagra, Cialis and Levitra to help men with erectile dysfunction and poor sexual health. All three, when properly used under the guidance of a qualified physician, have been able to change poor sexual health into good sexual health. But understand that these drugs are treating a symptom more than the underlining problem.

The underlining problem for poor sexual health is the insufficient production of nitric oxide to help start and maintain proper vasodilatation. The creation of nitric oxide occurs in the endothelial cells that line the blood vessels. When the endothelial cells are damaged by high blood pressure, high sugar levels, cholesterol, and smoking this decreases nitric oxide production. That’s why my physician asked me if I was experiencing any erectile problems. It’s a warning sign for other potential health concerns that could affect your wellness.

The main nutrient for the creation of nitric oxide is an essential amino acid call L-arginine. Without going into detail, L-arginine has both a good side and a dark side depending upon how it is brought into your body. Please see my article, “L-arginine, Nitric Oxide and Sexual Health!” for more details.

The natural alternative to changing poor sexual health into good sexual health is to make sure you’re addressing your cardiovascular system. Maintain normal blood sugar levels, keep your blood pressure in a normal range, keep your cholesterol under 200 and stop smoking. By combining this with an adequate intake of L-arginine, many males have found that they don’t need to spend money on Viagra-like products to help them with poor sexual health issues.

Until next time, may we both age youthfully!

health

It is no secret that people who have frequent sex live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Couples who maintain their sexual health are the usual people whose relationships last for a long time. Looking after your own sexual health is important as it can be both emotionally and physically detrimental to your well being, as well as taxing on relationships and personal confidence.

Male Sexual Health

Good male sexual health is defined as ability to perform satisfactory sexual intercourse which is satisfying to both man and his partner and enhances their overall. The key to male sexual health is an abundance of healthy sperm. Male sexual health is incredibly important to the overall health of many men, and must be taken seriously (even when it feels somewhat embarrassing to talk about).

There are numerous occupations where male sexual health is at risk and you could be employed in one of them if your job involves any of the following, organic solvents, mercury, radiation (x-ray), radioactive substances, benzene, boron, heavy metals and toxic chemicals.

Men who won’t go to the doctor about male sexual health issues let themselves suffer agonizing worry. Male sexual health is often placed at risk on account of a whole range of sexual disorders and among all the sexual problems suffered by men; erectile dysfunction is a prominent one.

Erectile Dysfunction

Impotence, or erectile dysfunction, is distressing and can occur for a number of reasons. It is both alarming and reassuring to understand that 52% of all men will suffer some degree of impotence during their lives. Impotence is a male sexual health issue that describes the inability to maintain an adequate erection for a long enough period of time to satisfy your and your partner’s sexual needs. With more than 50 percent of men over the age of 35 suffering erectile dysfunction, the age of male sexual health is well and truly upon us.

Male Sexual Wellness

Male sexual wellness can be improved by exercise and healthy living and this means a diet that is natural. If you have a good all round diet, take moderate exercise and restrict recreational drugs the above supplements will help you not only increase libido but give you all round health benefits as well. It has been found that following a male sexual health exercise plan will greatly reduce the risk of prostate cancer, bladder problems and impotence well into old age.

Treatments

Substances that can cause erectile dysfunction include alcohol, cigarettes, high blood pressure medication, anti-anxiety medication, antidepressants, cocaine, and major tranquillisers such as Melleril (Davidson & Neale, 1996). When erectile dysfunctions are smoking related, they cannot be completely cured with medications like Viagra.

Best treatment options combine sex psychology counselling, nutrient supplementation and medication in the short term, following risk assessment by a qualified medical professional. Your healthcare provider can talk with you about whether these prescription medications are a good option for you.

Exercises

There are certain exercises which help you regain incredibly hard erection by supplying fresh blood and energy around your genital area. However, just like any other exercise regime, a male sexual health exercise program needs to be done very day. Along with pumping iron and aerobic exercise, men are toning their pelvic muscles, often weakened from wear and tear coupled with lack of knowledge and the natural aging process.

Conclusion

Male sexual problems are often =caused by psychological factors such as when a man thinks that sex is sinful because of his religious beliefs, or when there’s a lack of attraction for a partner and traumatic events from his past. Male sexual problems are often endured for years before the affected person seeks clinical help.

These days, however, common male sexual problems are openly discussed because man has learned that there are many solutions available and they can actually avail of them quite easily. Most male sexual problems are caused by natural conditions, so the best way to treat them is with a natural product.

Looking after your own sexual health [http://mens-best-health.net/sexualhealth.htm] is important as it can be both emotionally and physically draining as well as taxing on relationships and personal confidence. Male sexual wellness can be improved by exercise and healthy living [http://mens-best-health.net/healthy_lifestyle_man_best_choice.html] and this means a diet that is natural. It has been found that following a male sexual health exercise plan will greatly reduce the risk of prostate cancer, bladder problems and impotence well into old age.

health

The sexual health of men is not as complicated as that of women. Show a man a certain type of image and if his brain and nervous system are working properly to produce nitric oxide, then a response will usually occur. That’s not to discount any mental, emotional, and spiritual components but it is the physical component that has the greatest impact on man’s sexual health. This article will focus on what men can do to improve the physical component of their sexual health. The side benefit is that these suggestions can also positively impact your overall wellness and how you age.

In all the information I gathered to prepare for this article, two overriding issues kept surfacing. These two health issues were consistently present. The first is hormone levels. The second is cardiovascular health. Most men would understand how hormone levels could apply but few ever consider cardiovascular health.

Cardiovascular Health!

Your cardiovascular health is as important to your sexual health as it is to your overall health. The reason why centers on the health of the endothelial cells that line the blood vessels of your body. The creation of nitric oxide occurs in these endothelial cells. Nitric oxide researchers believe that nitric oxide can correct up to 90% of all penile dysfunction. When the endothelial cells are damaged by high blood pressure, high sugar levels, cholesterol, and smoking this decreases nitric oxide production. Endothelial cells and their ability to produce nitric oxide are critical to the sexual health of men.

Hormone Levels!

At its simplest level, sex is just a hormone driven function designed to perpetuate the species. With that said, the sexual health of American men is in trouble. Testosterone levels have been decreasing over the last 20 years. Testosterone is the primary male sex hormone. It plays an important role in maintaining bone and muscle mass. Low levels of testosterone have been linked to lowered libido and diabetes. Diabetes can affect the endothelial cells of the blood vessels compounding the problem of lower testosterone levels.

Over the past two decades, the level of testosterone in American males has decreased by 16 percent. Researchers don’t know why. But there are some clues. The recent Nurses’ Health Study revealed some important truths as they apply to women. Some of those truths also apply to the sexual health of men because they affect both hormonal levels and cardiovascular health.

Additionally, as testosterone levels have decreased this has resulted in reduced muscle mass and tone, reduced metabolism and energy and an increase in body fat. Not a sexy combination! You can accept it and do nothing about it. Or, you can begin to live life by making healthier eating and exercise choices. Choices that will help your body actually be younger physically than your chronological age.

You Have Control Over the Process!

Every day you replace approximately 1% of your cells. That means that 1% of your body is new today, 1% is new tomorrow, and 1% is new each and every day of your life. You choose whether those new cells will be nourished properly or poorly. You choose whether you will have healthy and vibrant cells that act young. Or, sickly and sedentary cells that act old.

The sexual health of your body will be affected by the choices you make. I call it “The 1% Solution!” and it will positively affect the cardiovascular and sexual health of your body.

Choices Affecting Sexual Health!

The Nurses’ Health Study highlighted five critical lifestyle and diet behaviors. They are:

o Carbohydrates – Slow verses Fast!

o Fats – Natural verses Artificial!

o Protein – Animal or Plant!

o Body Weight – Your BMI!

o Exercise – Is It Important?

If you look at this list, three critical components emerge: Diet, Weight, and Exercise! Now you might think that this only applies to women. It doesn’t! Each of these factors will affect your cardiovascular health and hormonal balance. Each of these factors also affects the health of your endothelial cells and their ability to produce nitric oxide. Nitric oxide production is the most important component to the sexual health of men. Let’s look at how all of these factors impact your sexual health.

The Diet Component!

You are what you eat and drink. The sexual health of your body and the cardiovascular health of your circulatory system will be greatly determined by your food and drink choices. These choices will also impact the potential for disease and how you age.

Your first choice is in the area of carbohydrates. Are you choosing foods and drinks that are high in fast carbs (simple sugars)? If you are, then you need to understand that:

o Fast carbs disrupt hormone levels.

o Fast carbs create the potential for high blood sugar that can lead to diabetes.

o High blood sugar can damage the endothelial cells of your blood vessels reducing the production of nitric oxide which is critical for good sexual and cardiovascular health.

Learn to consume foods that are high in slow carbs (complex carbohydrates). Slow carbs will help to keep your blood sugar levels normal and your hormonal levels balanced. Drink water instead of sugary drinks and diet sodas. Drinking water hydrates your system, helps you balance your hormone levels, and aids in weight management.

Your second choice is in the area of fats. Eliminate all trans fats from your diet and replace them with natural, heart-health fats. The Nurses’ Health Study clearly showed how disruptive trans fats are to fertility in women. As little as four grams of trans fat (the equivalent of two tablespoons of stick margarine, one medium order of French fries or one doughnut) began to disrupt their hormonal balance.

How much of your diet consists of trans fats from fast food restaurants? How many orders of French fries and doughnuts have you consumed at work? Although I can’t give you any hard research on men, it makes sense that we can be as affected by trans fats as women are. It’s time that you incorporate foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids (such as wild, cold-water fish, walnuts, and flax seeds) since essential fats help to balance hormone levels and promote healthy cell function.

Your third choice is in the area of protein. According to the Nurses’ Health Study, women who got their protein from plant sources rather then from animals took a big step toward improved fertility. Animal protein can adversely affect your sexual health. It also has a direct influence on cancer!

If you’re not willing to give up your beef, pork or chicken, then invest the time, energy and extra cost to make sure that these sources of protein are hormone free. This also applies to your dairy products. Much of the industry still relies on hormonal injections into their livestock to help increase food production. Eating meat from these animals and their byproducts will affect your hormonal levels. If you’re not willing to switch to plant-based protein sources, then make sure your meat and dairy sources are hormone free.

The Weight Component!

Like it or not weight impacts the sexual health of your body. Why? Because fat interferes with your hormonal balance! Fat also stresses your cardiovascular system. This additional stress on your cardiovascular system will compromise the sexual health of your body. Currently, 66% of Americans are overweight with at least a third being obese. Diets are not the answer. America has been dieting for the last 50 years. It has had no real impact on slowing down overweight and obesity rates.

You need a paradigm shift from “dieting” to “healthy eating”. Make food choices based on how it will improve your health and wellness, not on how it will impact your weight. Most people who do this see their weight stabilize or decrease.

The Exercise Component!

Exercise is important for both sexual and cardiovascular health. Inactivity saps the body of its ability to respond to insulin and makes you less efficient in absorbing blood sugar. A study from the Electronic Journal of Human Sexuality highlighted that people who exercised on a regular basis:

o Feel better about themselves.

o Think they are more sexually desirable.

o Experience greater levels of satisfaction.

It’s always important to check with your physician or health care provider before you start an exercise program. Once you have their OK, than strive to get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day. Aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, biking, and swimming are important and seem to increase circulation to the pelvis and the reproductive organs. But don’t forget about strength training exercises. Strength training exercises will help you maintain bone health and density. Additionally, strength training exercises will increase your spatial awareness. This is a very positive feeling that improves your overall well being.

The Nitric Oxide Component!

You cannot live without nitric oxide. Your cardiovascular system could not function properly without nitric oxide. The sexual health of your body revolves around the production of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide production is dependent upon the health of the endothelial cells of your blood vessels, and adequate supplies of the essential amino acid L-arginine.

High blood pressure, high sugar levels, high cholesterol levels and smoking all affect your endothelial cells in a negative way. Damage to these endothelial cells will reduce nitric oxide production. This can compromise the blood flow to the sexual organ resulting in reduced sensitivity and/or erectile dysfunction.

Since nitric oxide is synthesized from the essential amino acid L-arginine, your diet needs to include protein sources and/or supplements that contain this amino acid. It needs to be emphasized that L-arginine is not a hormone and it is not testosterone. However, when properly brought into the body it can cross the blood-brain barrier to signal the hypothalamus to naturally trigger the pituitary gland to produce growth hormone. This is the key to eliminating any negative side effects typically associated with hormone supplements like DHEA and HGH.

Please note that L-arginine has a dark side and can cause some serious side effects. Read my article, “L-arginine, Nitric Oxide and Sexual Health!” for more information on this essential amino acid.

Conclusion!

If you continue a life of inactively, animal protein intake, sugary drinks, foods made from refined grains, increased body fat, and inadequate nitric oxide production, then you will become part of the new reality for America. This new reality includes epidemic increases in diabetes, continued high levels of cardiovascular disease and stroke, continued high levels of cancer, and poor sexual health especially for those over the age of 40. As Aristotle said, “We Are What We Repeatedly Do!”

By taking the necessary steps to improve your diet, manage your weight, exercise properly and increase your body’s ability to produce nitric oxide you will experience positive changes in the sexual health of your body. If you repeatedly take these positive steps you will also improve your wellness and slow down your aging.

One Final Thought!

Although the hormonal balance between men and women are different, the process of change is the same. Many of the steps that improve the sexual health of men will also help improve the sexual health of women. Encourage your spouse or partner to implement these changes with you. If you both take the steps to improve your health, then you will both be reward in the bedroom, and in living your life to its fullest.

Until next time, may we both age youthfully!
